Everything about Rayan PSN, from Snapchat stunts to the Twitch top ten

For four years his audience was built on videos that ended up in court. In 2026 he is the seventh most-watched French-speaking channel on Twitch. Same man, entirely different job.

Two cautions about this profile. French court reporting publishes only the initial of his surname, and so do we: the full names circulating on some sites are unsourced. His exact date of birth isn't established either; Le Parisien gave his age as 21 in May 2022, which puts him around 25 today. He lives in Dubai with his partner Linda, herself a content creator, and their child.

His path, step by step

  1. Before the platforms: school supervisor

He worked in a secondary school in the Val-de-Marne. Nothing in that starting point resembles the usual profiles on this site: no trade, no product, no niche. An audience first, a business model afterwards — the reverse of nearly everyone else here.

  2. Snapchat: provocation as a format

He makes his name with deliberately excessive videos, everyday life, humour and scenes built to get a reaction. Snapchat stays his identity platform for years, the place his style was formed, and his official link still points there.

  3. 2021-2022: the videos become case files

Several of his posts end up in front of a court. What was upheld and what wasn't is set out below: it's the part almost every article written about him gets wrong.

  4. Dubai, Telegram and trading

He moves to Dubai and builds a captive audience on Telegram, around 230,000 members. The channel pushes his content and carries his trading messaging. Historically it's the most monetised branch of his activity, and the most contested.

  5. 2024-2025: the criticism goes public

In April 2024 the investigative programme Cash Investigation devotes an episode to creators promoting trading and tries to interview him; he refuses. In May 2025 a victims' group names him before a French parliamentary inquiry.

  6. 2026: the Twitch turn

His channel has existed since October 2022 but only takes off this year, carried by long live sessions with Riyad. At the end of August, a near non-stop ten-day streaming concept; in September, more than 220,000 new followers in a month.

What the courts ruled, and what they didn't

This is the most important section of the profile, because it's where everyone gets it wrong. An acquittal isn't a conviction, an investigation isn't a judgment, and being named before a parliamentary committee is neither.

The firefighters: convicted of insulting behaviour
In October 2021 he climbs into a fire engine during a callout, uses the crew's equipment for his video, then posts insulting remarks about them. In May 2022 he is convicted of insulting behaviour and fined €800, €400 of it suspended. Theft was not upheld, since the equipment was returned after filming.
The police station: acquitted
At the same hearing he faced charges over another video in which he referred to an attack on a police station. He was acquitted on that count. It's nonetheless the episode several write-ups present as a conviction.
Jean-Michel Blanquer: acquitted
Prosecuted for insulting behaviour and death threats against the former education minister, he was acquitted of both in March 2022. Writing that he was "convicted of death threats against Blanquer" is the most widespread shortcut about him, and it is false. Reports of the same proceedings do record a sentence of 105 hours of community service for invasion of privacy, in a separate file concerning a video involving a disabled teenager.
Lebanon: an investigation, not a judgment
In May 2022 several creators including him post videos of Kalashnikov and rocket-launcher fire, suggesting they are in Syria. An investigation is opened. The evidence later establishes that the footage was shot in Lebanon, near the border, and he describes a supervised firing range. We found no public judgment establishing an offence over this episode.

The principle this whole site runs on counts double here: we write what was decided, not what was alleged. Across the four episodes above, one conviction relates to the firefighters, and it concerns insulting behaviour.

Trading, his most contested branch

Historically the core of how he monetises, and also what earned him an investigative documentary and a hearing at parliament. Both deserve the same precision.

A captive audience on Telegram

The pattern is simple: Snapchat for the audience, Telegram for the direct relationship, then invitations to join what is presented as a trading group. The channel has around 230,000 members and was still posting that kind of call in September 2026.

Cash Investigation, April 2024

The programme devotes a segment to creators promoting trading and copy trading. The team tries to question him about his own promotions; he refuses the interview and answers the journalist with an insult, a sequence broadcast in the report.

The French parliament, May 2025

Before a committee of inquiry, the representative of a victims' group states that he promoted platforms not authorised in France and criticises his methods. Those are a campaign group's statements to MPs, not a court decision.

The full mechanism of this kind of funnel — the six stages, how the affiliate is paid and what the law says — is set out on our trading affiliate marketing page. One thing needs saying plainly: we found no conviction against him for fraud or misleading commercial practice, and the parliamentary record itself notes that none of the profiles discussed had been convicted in these matters. That says nothing about the quality of what is promoted. A platform not authorised in France offers no recourse if you lose money, and a trading group followed by 230,000 people cannot, mathematically, make all of them win.

The 2026 turn: an actual format

This is what makes his trajectory interesting for this site. For years his model fitted in one sentence: do something shocking, collect the attention, convert on Telegram. Since this year he has been building something else.

From shock to appointment

A provocation buys a wave of attention, once. A daily stream buys a habit. He now does long talk sessions, travel, challenges and guests — a format that gets watched for hours and repeats every day.

The duo with Riyad

Most of the 2026 formats are built around the pair. Two people bouncing off each other can hold a six-hour stream where one alone runs dry, and the duo has spawned its own highlight channels, working for them for free.

TikTok as the funnel

His short videos are no longer the destination, they're the entrance: clips from the stream, the announcement of the next one, back to Twitch. That's exactly the acquisition mechanism our niche method describes, applied to an audience rather than a keyword.

The charity ride at the end of August — Paris to Lyon by bike with other creators, for sick children — belongs to the same shift. Organisers announced more than €40,000 raised to fund an adapted minibus; we found no independent statement certifying the final amount. Hugo Carvalho follows the same principle in another register: the live becomes the format, and the format becomes the business.

His audiences, platform by platform

Public readings from September 2026. The Twitch ones are moving day by day right now: read them as a snapshot, not a steady state.

Twitch

Around 335,900 followers on rayan_psnn, roughly 7,000 average viewers over thirty days and a recent peak close to 43,000. Nearly 1.59 million hours watched over the month, for about 230 hours streamed.

7th French channel

TikTok

Around 814,600 followers, 96.8 million likes and close to 1,130 videos. The telling figure isn't the follower count but the recent views: regularly between 800,000 and two million, sometimes more.

Up to 3M views

Telegram

Around 230,000 members. It's almost a platform in itself, and the most directly monetisable: an audience that has deliberately agreed to receive his messages, with no algorithm standing between them.

Direct channel

Instagram

Around 211,000 followers on his main account. The register there is different from the rest: cars, Dubai, travel, personal moments. It's the shop window for the lifestyle rather than a conversion channel.

Shop window

Snapchat

Historically his most important platform, the one he became known on and where his style was formed. No reliable follower count is public, and we won't invent one.

No public count

YouTube

Around 13,100 subscribers, 953,000 total views and eleven videos. In other words: almost nothing. That sets him apart from most French creators at his audience level, for whom YouTube is the centrepiece.

Near non-existent

What can't be put a number on

This is the only profile on the site where the financial part is empty, and that emptiness is itself information. Three things that can't be written about him.

No identifiable company
For the other profiles on this site there is a registry: revenue, profit, employees, a holding company. Here we found no French company clearly attached to his name that would document anything at all. His activity rests on influence, partnerships, Twitch, Telegram and trading promotion.
An unknown net worth
Sites put forward €500,000, a million, several million. None of them rests on anything. The cars, Dubai and the lifestyle shown on video obviously don't allow a net worth to be calculated, and even his Twitch income is incalculable without knowing subscriptions, the platform's split, donations actually banked, partnerships and costs.
The €400,000 donation
A clip that went viral on 20 September 2026 claims a donation of that size landed during a stream. Nothing at this stage establishes that the sum was banked, that it wasn't reversed, that it wasn't staged, or who it went to. Until that's established, it isn't information, it's a video.

What is solid: a considerable and verifiable audience across four platforms, exceptional Twitch growth over the summer of 2026, and a format that for the first time doesn't depend on scandal. The rest belongs to those who would rather invent a figure than write that they don't know.

Common questions

Who is Rayan PSN?

A French content creator born around 2001, publicly known as Rayanne B., from the Essonne department and a former school supervisor. He made his name on Snapchat with provocative videos, then moved to Dubai. In 2026, Twitch has become his main platform.

What was he convicted of?

In May 2022, of insulting behaviour towards firefighters, after a video filmed in October 2021 inside their truck during a callout. The sentence was an €800 fine, €400 of it suspended. Theft was not upheld, since the equipment was returned after filming, and he was acquitted over a separate video mentioning an attack on a police station.

Was he convicted of threatening Jean-Michel Blanquer?

No. In March 2022 the court acquitted him of both insulting behaviour and death threats against the former education minister. It's the most widespread shortcut written about him, and it's false.

What is Rayan PSN's net worth?

It isn't public and no serious estimate exists. Unlike other creators, there is no identifiable French company in his name that would document revenue, profit or assets. The amounts circulating on some sites rest on nothing.

What is his Telegram trading group worth?

His Telegram channel has around 230,000 members and is still active. That promotional activity was criticised by the investigative programme Cash Investigation in 2024, then before a French parliamentary inquiry in 2025 by a victims' group. No conviction for fraud or misleading commercial practice has been found against him.

Why is his Twitch audience exploding in 2026?

Because he changed format. Short provocation videos have given way to long live sessions, often paired with Riyad: travel, challenges, meet-ups, including a near non-stop ten-day streaming run at the end of August 2026. His TikTok clips push viewers towards the next stream.
