Under 18 you can learn, write and publish without asking anyone. Opening a seller account, registering with an affiliate network or receiving payments, on the other hand, needs a legal guardian's consent. In France a sole trader business is possible from 16 with your parents' authorisation. Raise it before you start, not after the first sale.
Be honest about one thing: with zero euros and under five hours a week, nothing will take off fast. Writing is the only route that still moves, because it costs nothing but time — but it needs a great deal of it, over months. If those five hours aren't sustainable every week, better to know now.
With a budget and a willingness to talk on camera, affiliate marketing is the fastest route — and the only one of the five that can lose you money in the first week. Set a test budget you accept losing entirely, and stop when it runs out, not when you still believe.

It guesses nothing. Each answer adds or removes points from the five routes, on simple rules: with no budget, paid advertising is ruled out outright; under five hours a week, search is ruled out because it needs volume; under 18, anything that involves being paid drops down the list.
The heaviest question is the fourth, the one about what you can stand doing every day. It's the one most often skipped and it's the one that stops people after three weeks: a profitable method you hate earns nothing, because you don't keep at it.
