Everything about Tibo InShape, France's most-followed YouTuber
Twenty-seven million subscribers, more than twenty-one billion views, and a family company posting a million euros in profit. But also one figure he made public himself, which puts all the rest in perspective: what YouTube actually pays him each month.

What makes him unusual is a rare gesture: accused of earning 2.5 million euros a month from YouTube, he opened up his statistics rather than simply denying it. That is what makes this profile more solid than most of what has been written about him.
What YouTube really pays
In June 2026, someone publicly accuses him of collecting 2.5 million euros a month. He then publishes his figures.
€57,754.30
What YouTube paid him over the past month. He immediately points out that this sum goes to his company, not to his personal account. Against twenty-seven million subscribers, it is a long way from what the public imagines.
€10,000 a month
The salary he says he pays himself, explained publicly in October 2025. That isn't his total income: dividends come on top, and they are of a different order of magnitude.
Around €900,000
The dividend decided after the 2024 financial year. Over 2018-2023, the trade press had already counted close to a million. That is where the bulk of it sits, not in the salary.
The lesson holds for every creator, and it runs against intuition: YouTube advertising isn't the revenue, it's the acquisition cost you don't pay. The money is in what the audience lets you sell alongside it.
His path, step by step
2009: an assault, then the gym
At seventeen he is assaulted in the street. He explains that this episode changed the way he saw things and pushed him towards weight training, to rebuild his confidence. That's the starting point, several years before any video.
2013: the channel, during his studies
He posts his first fitness content while finishing his degree at Toulouse Business School. In September 2014, the local press profiles him with 20,000 subscribers and two million views.
2015: he outgrows sole-trader status
His activity exceeds the ceilings of the status. At twenty-three he sets up a company, contributing his business to it, valued at 219,857 euros. It becomes D2AM the following year.
He moves beyond fitness
Jobs, prison, the army, firefighters, athletes, disability, social phenomena. That pivot is what takes him from fitness creator to mainstream figure, and explains the scale of his current audience.
2023: short-form changes everything
He posts short videos in volume, and they work internationally because they can be understood almost without speaking French. He gains more than four million subscribers in six months.
26 May 2024: he overtakes Squeezie
At around 18.9 million subscribers, he becomes France's most-followed YouTuber. He still holds that position, at nearly 27 million today.
What he runs
One central company, a brand under licence, a subscription app. And a lot of family.
D2AM
The legal core of his whole world. The stated business purpose is deliberately very broad: videos, sponsorship, online retail, clothing, books, apps, coaching, food products. He is chairman, his father managing director, his mother deputy managing director.
€1.11M profit
InShape Nutrition
Launched in 2019, more than fifty product lines today. It entered supermarkets in June 2025, first at Carrefour, then most of the chains, with a national listing at Intermarché in March 2026.
His biggest project
ShapeYou
The app created with his wife Justine Becattini in 2022: programmes, guided sessions, recipes, tracking. More than a million users claimed, twenty coaches, an annual subscription around 96 euros. It's his only genuinely recurring revenue source.
Subscription
WELL4U
A company created in May 2024 for digital subscription products, platforms and events. D2AM is its chairman, his sister Camille managing director, his parents deputy managing directors.
A family business
The clothing
He was already selling t-shirts, shorts and accessories long before the supplements, at a time when creators made do with a mug carrying their logo. One of the first creator brands to really take hold in France.
From the start
What's coming
A sports-equipment section appears under construction on his official site, alongside the two other brands. He has sold equipment in the past: the new presentation suggests a reworked offer.

What his numbers actually mean
His accounts are filed, so they can be checked. Three amounts nevertheless circulate without their context.
1.11 million euros
D2AM's net profit in 2025, rising steadily from 660,000 euros in 2022. That's what is left to the company after costs and tax, not what he receives. The revenue itself stays confidential in the filed accounts.
7.2 million euros
The revenue generated by InShape Nutrition products in supermarkets, for 1.6 million units sold in under a year. That's what the retailers collect on those products, not what comes back to him — he receives a brand royalty.
10 million euros
The annual revenue he mentions in March 2026. It mixes several perimeters — his company, the brand operated by a third party, retail distribution, brand deals. No set of accounts lets you attribute it to a single entity.
His net worth therefore can't be quantified, and the amounts you find online — five, ten, fifteen million — rest on nothing. What is established: a highly profitable company with 3.15 million in equity, substantial dividends, property through a family civil company, and brands he owns. A millionaire, very probably. A precise figure, no.
The model: don't do everything yourself
This is what explains how he gets these results with a far lighter structure than other creators his size.
The brand is licensed out
He doesn't own a supplement factory. InShape Nutrition is operated by the N4Brands group, owner of FitnessBoutique, which handles development, manufacturing, logistics and distribution. He brings the name, the audience and his knowledge of the market.
He shuts down what distracts him
He opens a gym in Albi in 2017, which looked coherent, then closes it to the public in 2023: running a gym is a different job, and his job is making videos. The building was handed over to the Tarn branch of the Red Cross in early 2026.
The opposite of integration
Where Lucien Cupif buys the factory that makes his clothing in order to capture its margin, he prefers to license out and stay on what he does well. Two opposite answers to the same question, both profitable.
The chain fits in one line: social platforms bring the audience, the shop sells, the supplements generate repeat purchases, the app brings recurring revenue, and the licence opens supermarket distribution without becoming a manufacturer. The same principle turns up with GMK, at another scale.
A ruling from the advertising ethics jury
In June 2026, France's advertising ethics jury upheld a complaint about an InShape Nutrition advert. In a video about creatine, he deliberately imitated various methods of drug consumption using the powder, with humorous intent. The jury found that the advert trivialised drug use and breached the rules on social responsibility. His request for a review was subsequently declared inadmissible.
A useful clarification: this jury is the advertising industry's self-regulatory body, not a court. Its decisions carry no criminal or financial penalty. They are nonetheless public, and this one concerns his current brand directly.
Common questions
How much does Tibo InShape earn from YouTube?
Around 57,754 euros for one month, a figure he published himself in June 2026 by opening up his statistics. That sum is paid to his company, not into his personal account. It's substantial in absolute terms, and a very long way from the monthly millions attributed to him.
What is his net worth?
Unknown. The figures circulating are backed by no document. What is verifiable are D2AM's accounts: around 1.11 million in net profit in 2025 and 3.15 million in equity. A company result is not personal wealth.
Does he manufacture his own supplements?
No. In 2019 he partnered with the N4Brands group, which operates the brand under licence and handles the product, manufacturing and distribution. That's what lets him be in supermarkets without becoming a manufacturer.
Why did he close his gym?
Because running one is a different job from his. He opened it in 2017 in Albi, closed it to the public in 2023, then used it for filming before handing over the building. It's a clear-headed stop rather than a failure: the activity made sense, but it consumed his time without serving his real advantage.
Is his business a family business?
Largely. His father and mother run D2AM alongside him, his sister runs WELL4U, his wife co-created the ShapeYou app, and the property goes through a family civil company.
What's worth watching right now?
Supermarket retail. After Carrefour, the other chains and a national listing at Intermarché in March 2026, he launched an autumn push in September. That's the ground where his brand stops depending on his audience and reaches people who don't know who he is.
