The code usually arrives in under a minute. Check your spam folder, and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail. After 45 seconds the “Resend code” button becomes active again on the login page. If nothing arrives, write to us and we'll register you by hand.

A code is valid for ten minutes and works once. If you requested several, only the last one you received still works. Ask for a new code, then paste it straight in — the six boxes fill themselves.

That's expected: creating an account and being granted access are two separate things. The member area is opened case by case. If you see a message saying your account doesn't have access yet, write to us using the Member area subject and tell us which address you signed up with.
