What this document covers
These terms apply to your use of ecomstrike.com, its member area and the content we publish there. By using the site, you accept them. If any part doesn't suit you, don't use the site.
They are completed by our cookies page and by the legal notices.
What the site offers
Methods explained on video and in writing, reviews of tools, profiles of entrepreneurs and creators, and a member area containing further tools and content.
Access to the member area is granted case by case. Signing up does not automatically grant access.
Your account
You create your account with a valid email address you can access: that's where your sign-in code is sent. An account is personal. Sharing, reselling or lending it leads to closure.
You are responsible for what you put in your space: your notes, your ideas, your documents.
What isn't allowed
Copying or republishing our content elsewhere, in whole or in part, without written agreement. Extracting the site automatically, by scraping or scripting. Reselling, redistributing or sharing the templates and member-area content. Attempting to reach parts of the site not open to you. Using the site for any illegal activity.
Who owns the content
The text, visuals, structure and code of the site are our property or that of our partners, protected by copyright.
The systeme.io templates come with a personal licence to use: you may install them in your account, change them and use them for your own business, as often as you like. You may not resell them, redistribute them, or offer them to your own clients as a product.
The brands mentioned — systeme.io, Vinted, YouTube, Google, Chrome and others — belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them implies no partnership unless expressly stated.
Purchases don't happen on this site
This site sells nothing directly. The paid offers — courses, templates, access — are sold on outside platforms, and that's where the sale is concluded.
The terms of sale, the right of withdrawal, payment, invoicing and after-sales service are therefore governed by the terms of the platform used, which you accept when you order. Read them: those are the terms that apply to your purchase, not this document.
The profiles of public figures
They are built from public sources: company registries, filed accounts, statements by the person concerned, and the financial press. The method is set out on the page that brings them together.
They may contain an error. If you are concerned by one, or spot an inaccuracy, write to support@ecomstrike.com choosing the relevant subject: every documented correction request is examined and, where founded, the page is changed.
Affiliate links
Some links to outside tools pay us if you subscribe. That's the case for the systeme.io link. Those links are flagged on the pages concerned and carry the technical attribute meant for them.
That payment changes neither the price you pay nor what we write: our reviews set out the limits of the tools, including the ones that earn us money.
No guarantee of results
This is the most important section on this page.
The methods described are what has worked for other people. They are not a promise of income, nor investment advice, nor legal, accounting or tax advice. The amounts quoted in the content are examples or third-party statements, not results you can expect.
Online commerce, affiliate marketing, reselling and search all carry a risk of financial loss. Your results depend on your work, your market, your budget and circumstances outside our control.
You remain solely responsible for your own legal, tax and social obligations, in particular for declaring your income and choosing your legal status.
Our liability
We do everything we can to keep the site available and accurate, without guaranteeing continuous availability or the complete absence of error. An interruption for maintenance, a hosting failure or a mistake in a piece of content cannot engage our liability beyond what the law requires.
The third-party sites we link to are not under our control.
Ending the relationship
You can close your account at any time by writing to support. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, after telling you, except in an emergency.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies is the one shown on this page, dated at the top of the document.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to us. Failing agreement, the competent courts will be determined under the ordinary rules of law, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
