Son of a billionaire businessman, co-founder of TAG Heuer and shareholder in McLaren. He says himself that he was born a billionaire, and that he received almost none of it. Here is the real story of that inheritance, what he built alongside it, and why the 50-million figure you read everywhere rests on nothing.
His position is unusual among creators: he doesn't claim to be self-made. He owns the family origin of his wealth, while distinguishing what came from his father, what belongs to his mother, what remains locked in litigation, and what he says he earned himself.
This is the most distorted point on the internet. You read that he inherited billions. The reality comes down to a twenty-five-year legal battle, still ongoing.
His father, born in Syria in 1918 and later a Saudi citizen, grew wealthy as an intermediary between France and Saudi Arabia. Le Monde documented the considerable commissions he received on those contracts.
Techniques d'Avant-Garde invests in hotels, aviation, shipyards, watchmaking and motorsport. It buys Heuer in 1985, which becomes TAG Heuer. A significant stake in McLaren, in the era of Prost and Senna. So the family link with cars isn't something invented for YouTube.
A large part of the estate is placed in a trust in the Cayman Islands. What begins then is a conflict pitting his mother and him against the other Ojjeh heirs.
His mother and he exit the trust with that envelope, including 92.6 million in an art collection. The remaining 80.7 million is assigned to him — he is twelve — and placed into a new trust until he comes of age.
The Cayman Islands courts find that, being a minor at the time of the settlement, he could not have grasped its consequences. The trustees are ordered to pay him a further $7.6 million.
His mother and he sue the other heirs for concealment of estate assets, arguing that certain commissions and assets were never brought into the estate. He puts the stake at several hundred million euros.
That last amount is what he is claiming, not what he holds. The distinction is essential, and it is exactly the one the articles about him leave out. He told Le Monde he was born a billionaire, while stating he had received almost none of that inheritance.
The least-known part of his story. He says he invested in construction in a Middle Eastern country he refuses to name, and told Le Monde he made millions there. That's the basis for his claim to have made money on his own.
Long before TikTok and before YouTube's dominance. With friends in Paris, he is already filming powerful cars. One video from that period, shot around Paris in a Porsche Cayenne, is still known to veterans of the scene.

Several millionIt's the figure most sites writing about him display. None explains where it comes from.
Calling him a multi-millionaire is defensible, and the press does. Several things support it: the estate settlement he benefited from, the millions he says he made in construction, his stakes in several French companies, property assets, and a car collection worth several million on its own depending on its composition at the time.
But between "multi-millionaire" and "fifty million" there is a gap that nothing fills. No sale, no wealth declaration, no document lets that figure be stated. It's also worth remembering that most of what he is claiming is locked in proceedings still under way, whose outcome is unknown.
On this page as on the others, the rule is the same: an amount that can't be sourced doesn't get written. The same pitfall turns up with MC Pao, whose net-worth range is his own estimate, and with Lucien Cupif, whose company profit gets confused with personal wealth.
He belongs to the first generation, the one before the explosion of today's automotive creators.

On 7 August 2021, Akram Junior, his wife, his children and his mother are the victims of a violent home invasion in Rueil-Malmaison. The family is assaulted and held captive, and valuables are stolen.
The trial of three defendants opened in September 2025. It was adjourned for further investigation after a video emerged that could exonerate one of them. No conviction has therefore been handed down to date, and the presumption of innocence applies to those accused.
It isn't public. The fifty-million-euro figure you find almost everywhere is backed by no source. Calling him a multi-millionaire is reasonable given his companies, his assets and his car collection; attributing a precise amount to him is not.
He owns it and says so himself. But the inheritance wasn't a payment, it's a twenty-five-year conflict. A 1999 settlement assigned him $80.7 million when he was twelve, the Cayman courts found he could not have grasped its implications, and French proceedings for concealment of estate assets have been under way since 2021.
His father created the TAG Group in 1975, which bought Heuer in 1985 — hence TAG Heuer — and held a significant stake in McLaren in the Prost and Senna era. When he mentions a family history with cars, it isn't a sales pitch.
Estimation tools suggest a few thousand dollars a month, which is very approximate and represents only a tiny share of his income. His channel is an acquisition channel for his car businesses, not a revenue source in itself.
We don't know. The accounts aren't publicly accessible, and no verifiable revenue figure circulates. Be wary of pages that put one forward.
