Everything about Bigflo, the rapper turned treasure dealer

A million albums sold, around ten companies, and a Pokémon card shop opened in Toulouse. Takara is the only one of his projects that is neither musical, nor shared with his brother, nor a simple investment. It's the one that tells his story best.

One clarification that shapes everything else: most of his companies are shared with his brother. Their accounts can be consulted, but nothing licenses attributing those amounts to him. This profile systematically distinguishes what is his from what belongs to the two of them.

A passion from before the boom

The mistake would be to see Takara as a creator riding a trend. The chronology says the opposite.

His father used to buy him cards on the way home from school. Several years before the shop opened, the Toulouse press was already describing him as one of the city's big collectors. In 2016 he buys a Charizard for around 120 euros — his friends make fun of him, the price seems absurd to them for a card.

He collects Japanese cards, vintage, rare pieces. In 2020, The Pokémon Company sends him an official package, which he describes as a childhood dream. On some tours he would ask for a pack of cards in his dressing room, which he then gave to young audience members.

One thing deserves noting to his credit. During the 2020 and 2021 boom, he warned those who arrived looking for the next bitcoin without actually liking Pokémon, and advised against investing heavily without knowing the field. A card dealer putting the brakes on speculation isn't common.

Takara, his only genuinely solo project

Takara means treasure in Japanese. The shop opened on 5 December 2025 on rue de Metz in Toulouse, and a second location has just followed.

The shop

Cards, sealed products, figurines, plush toys, games, collectibles. He picks some of the lines himself. Prices run from two euros to several thousand: a child and a seasoned collector both have to be able to walk in.

December 2025

He sells his own cards

Part of what's for sale comes from his personal collection. Part doesn't: he has installed a display case where significant pieces are shown without being for sale. He points out that the best ones stay at his house.

Display case

The Labège pop-up

Opened on 14 September 2026 at the Labège 2 shopping centre. Devoted first to Pokémon and cards, it broadens from 27 September to One Piece, Dragon Ball, Demon Slayer, manga and figurines. Planned through October.

Running now

A shop that is also a media channel

Card buy-backs, new arrivals, videos with him, guests — the shop's Instagram account had already passed 22,800 followers a few months after launch. The shop feeds the content, the content brings people back to the shop.

The idea comes from Los Angeles

He discovers while travelling that Steve Aoki, another big collector, owns his own shop. The idea stays with him for several years. He jokes about it openly: he just wanted to copy him.

Steve Aoki

Magikarp

His signature Pokémon, tattooed on his forearm in its shiny version. He explains what it means: a creature that looks useless and ends up becoming Gyarados. He uses the metaphor to talk about progress.

His symbol

His other activities

All are shared unless stated otherwise. One thing in common: they start from a passion and stay in Toulouse.

Golden Child

His music and audiovisual production company, which he has run since 2013. The central structure of his professional career, attached to the ecosystem shared with his brother.

Since 2013

Karma Tournée

A company created in March 2026 to run the tour, of which he is personally chairman. The album Karma, released the same month, thirteen tracks with no featured artists, was certified gold within a month.

He is its chairman

Le Rose Festival

Launched in Toulouse in 2022, in which Golden Child holds around a third alongside Bleu Citron and the La Dépêche group. He takes part in the line-up, the decoration and the artistic direction. Around 115,000 people in 2025.

A third of the equity

Visionnaire and Matécito

A clothing brand founded in 2017 with a Toulouse shop, and a sparkling maté drink inspired by his Argentinian roots, stocked at Casino, Monoprix and Franprix after three years of development.

With his brother

Toulouse Basketball Club

A shareholder since 2025. He contacted the club himself, by message, wondering why Toulouse had no major basketball project. Around 28,500 euros invested jointly with his brother, alongside Antoine Dupont and Léon Marchand.

Shareholder

Bunshiin

His solo musical identity, released in 2023 with the track Koopa. Electronic, experimental territory, a long way from his usual register, with no commercial aim. He also produces a large share of the instrumentals on his albums.

What his numbers actually mean

His companies file accounts, which makes the amounts consultable. Three traps, all three common.

€736,000 in profit
Golden Child's net profit in 2024. That's what is left to the company, not what he receives. Part stays there, part moves up to the parent entities, part funds the projects.
A profit larger than the revenue
La Familia shows around 1.18 million in revenue in 2025 for 1.6 million in profit. That isn't an aberration: an entity holding stakes receives dividends, which don't count as its revenue but do inflate its profit.
A €5,000 Charizard
The estimate he gave during the 2020 and 2021 boom for a card bought for 120 euros in 2016. It wasn't a sale, and the market has moved a great deal since. Don't take that amount for a current value.

His net worth therefore can't be quantified, and the amounts circulating rest on nothing. What can be said: more than a million albums sold, ten years of touring, profitable companies, property and several stakes. Multi-millionaire is plausible; a precise figure is not. The same pitfall turns up with Lucien Cupif, whose company profit gets taken for personal wealth.

What sets him apart

He doesn't invest where the return is best. He invests in what he loves, in his own city.

One passion, one company

Music gives Golden Child, clothing Visionnaire, the maté of his childhood Matécito, basketball a stake in his city's club, Pokémon cards Takara. None of these projects would have been picked by an investor looking for the best return.

Toulouse as the perimeter

A shop on rue de Metz, a pop-up in Labège, a festival, a basketball club, a studio. He was still saying in late 2025 that he lived there and had his studio there. Concentrating his projects on one place gives him a local community that no national audience replaces.

The collection isn't income

His cards are probably worth a great deal, but as long as they stay in a display case they earn nothing. That's exactly what you see with GMK and his watches: capital tied up, whose value depends on a market that can also correct.

Takara is the clearest culmination of that logic: a childhood passion, a personal collection, a public profile, a shop, a media channel, a community, and now a second location. Each step rests on the previous one, and none would have happened without the first.

Common questions

What is Bigflo's net worth?

It isn't public. His companies file consultable accounts, but a company result is not personal wealth, and most of those entities are shared with his brother. The amounts put forward on some sites rest on no document.

Where is the Takara shop?

At 16 rue de Metz in Toulouse, open since 5 December 2025, in collaboration with Crossover Manga. A second, temporary location opened on 14 September 2026 at the Labège 2 shopping centre, planned through October.

Can you buy his personal cards?

Some of them only. Certain pieces from his collection are put up for sale, others are shown in a display case without being. He points out himself that the most important ones aren't in the shop.

Why Magikarp?

Because it's a Pokémon reputed to be useless that ends up evolving into Gyarados. He uses it as an image of self-improvement, and has it tattooed on his forearm in its shiny version.

Is he only a rapper?

No, and this is often underestimated. He composes and produces a large share of the instrumentals on his albums — around 80% according to his brother. He has also run a solo project under the name Bunshiin, far more experimental.

What's worth watching right now?

Takara's expansion. The Labège pop-up will show whether the brand works outside central Toulouse and outside Pokémon alone, since it broadens to the other licences in late September. It's the test before a possible second permanent shop.
